The Co-Op reports identifies agents that participated in a list side transaction with your office in the last twelve months (LTM). The report returns the first 250 transactions based on the closed date of the transactions for the last twelve months. Closed Date is the close date of the latest co-op transaction.
Sold Price is the sold price of the latest co-op transaction.
Co-Op Agent represents the name of the Co-op agent.
Co-Op Office ID is the office associated with the co-op agent.
Co-Op Office is the name of the office associated with the co-op agent.
My Agent is the name of the agent in your office that participated in the transaction.
Transaction count indicates the number of buy side transactions the co-op agent has participated in in your office.
The $ Volume LTM report represents the entire MLS for all active agents that has done at least one transaction sorted by $ Volume. The Office Roster report is a list of agents in your office in the last twelve month.
By clicking the agents name from the any report, you can see the following details about a co-op agent or agent:

For the List Side and Sell Side Co-Op report, you can specify the minimum and maximum co-op transaction for the report.
For the $ Volume you can specify the minimum and maximum $ volume for the report.
For the unit LTM report you can specify the minimum and maximum units for the report.
For both the $ Volume LTM and # Units LTM reports, you can narrow your market area by specifying a zip code or a list of zip codes separated by a comma.
